Why here
A room shapes a conversation. Ours doesn't look like everyone else's.
Odds and Ends is something other than the traditional meeting room and the classic auditorium. Four raw venues in an old machine factory in Nordhavn, where the concrete stands as it was cast and the furniture is built from upcycled materials.
We believe the informal makes people say things they otherwise wouldn't. That a conference gets better when there's headroom. And that a party is remembered when the place itself is worth a story.
Behind the rooms is a team of event coordinators, chefs, waiters, bartenders and technicians with twenty years of experience. The rooms are raw. The execution isn't.

From the first email to the last track

Come and see it
A viewing on site. The scale is hard to explain in an email — twenty minutes will do it.

We make a plan
Layout, catering, tech and running order. You get one event coordinator who knows the whole thing.

We build it
Zones, tables, light and sound are ready before the guests arrive. Decorating is part of the job, not an add-on.
- 04
We run it
Waiters, bartenders, chefs and technicians on the floor the whole way through. You just have to be there.
